U19 World Cup 2024 All Teams: The International Cricket Council (ICC) recently organized the One Day World Cup, which was hosted by India. Now, once again, the ICC has prepared for another World Cup, which is the Under-19 World Cup. The upcoming Under-19 World Cup is scheduled to begin on January 19, 2024, marking its 15th edition.
ICC gearing up for another World Cup
In fact, the ICC organizes the Under-19 World Cup every two years, where young players from around the world showcase their talent, paving their way to the senior team. The previous edition was held in 2022, where India’s U19 team performed exceptionally. The upcoming U19 World Cup is set to be hosted by South Africa for the third time.

15th edition of the U19 World Cup to kick off on January 19
The U19 World Cup 2024, hosted by South Africa, is scheduled to begin on January 19, 2024. The first match will see Ireland’s U19 team competing against USA’s U19 team at the Bloemfontein Stadium. The final match of this World Cup will be played on February 11, 2024, in Benoni. Sixteen teams will participate in this World Cup.

The participating teams for the upcoming U19 World Cup have been divided into four groups. The top three teams from each group will qualify for the Super 6 round. There will be two groups in the Super 6 round, each consisting of six teams. Group A and D’s top three teams will qualify for Group 1, while Group B and C’s teams will qualify for Group 2. The top two teams from each Super 6 group will compete in the semifinals, leading to the final match.
