It is worth mentioning that considering Riyan Parag’s recent performances, experts believe that he might soon receive a chance to make his Test debut for Team India. There, he could be seen playing in the series of 5 Test matches against the England Team. However, for this, he will need to continue scoring runs with his bat in the upcoming matches.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has already announced the team for the Test series against England. However, the board has only announced the team for the first two matches. Not only in batting but also in bowling, Riyan has left no stone unturned. He has taken 49 wickets in first-class matches, 50 in List A, and 41 in T20 cricket. The Test series between India and England, consisting of 5 matches, will kick off on January 25th. The first match will be played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad, while the final match of the series will take place at the picturesque ground in Dharamshala from March 7th.
