Full list of commentators for IPL 2024 across languages: The 17th edition of the Indian Premier League will start on Friday, March 22. The defending champions Chennai Super Kings will take on Faf du Plessis-led Royal Challengers Bangalore in the season opener at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
The Indian Premier League is without any doubt the biggest T20 league in the world. It has a viewership not just from India but from across the globe. To accommodate such a huge fanse, the Star Sports Network recently announced the list of commentators for the upcoming season.
Steve Smith, Dale Steyn, and Jacques Kallis who have played in the cash-rich league in the past will don the hats of commentators this season. Stuart Broad, Tom Moody, and Paul Collingwood are also a part of the International commentators.
Former Indian cricketers like Sunil Gavaskar, Ravi Shastri, Mithali Raj, Harbhajan Singh, and Irfan Pathan will be the Hindi commentary panel along with some other big names.
Unmukt Chand, the captain of the Under-19 World Cup winning team has also been named in the Hindi commentary panel.
