Indian cricket legends like Shikhar Dhawan, Suresh Raina, Irfan Pathan, and Yusuf Pathan are set to return to the cricket field in the Asian Legends League 2025. The tournament organizers have recently announced a 17-member squad for the Indian Royals on Instagram, featuring several former international Indian cricket stars.
The Asian Legends League is a five-team competition set to take place in Nathdwara from March 10 to 18. All matches will be held at the newly-built Madan Paliwal Miraj Sports Complex. The league will feature Indian Royals, Sri Lankan Lions, Bangladesh Tigers, Afghanistan Pathans, and Asian Stars.

The Asian Legends League announced the full squad for Indian Royals on Instagram. Here is the 17-member team:
Shikhar Dhawan, Suresh Raina, Irfan Pathan, Yusuf Pathan, Naman Ojha, Ambati Rayudu, Manoj Tiwary, S Badrinath, Faiz Fazal, Manpreet Gony, Shreevats Goswami, Sudeep Tyagi, Munaf Patel, Shadab Jakati, Karanveer Singh, Barinder Sran, and Anureet Singh.
The tournament organizers have also revealed that the Pathan brothers’ participation is subject to availability, while the other 15 players are set to feature in the tournament.

Madan Lal to coach Indian Royals in Asian Legends League 2025
The Indian Royals have also appointed former Indian cricketer Madan Lal as their head coach for the Asian Legends League 2025. A member of India’s 1983 World Cup-winning team, Madan Lal will coach a squad filled with former international players.
His team includes players like Suresh Raina and Yusuf Pathan, who won the ODI World Cup 2011, and Shikhar Dhawan and Irfan Pathan, who were part of India’s Champions Trophy 2013 winning squad.

Indian Royals to face Bangladesh Tigers in tournament opener
The Asian Legends League 2025 will run from March 10 to 18, with the Indian Royals playing their first match against the Bangladesh Tigers at 7 PM on March 10.
