KL Rahul to Play Against SRH After Birth of First Child – KL Rahul will play in Delhi Capitals’ match against Sunrisers Hyderabad on March 30. This comes just six days after the birth of his first child.
As per reports, the star batter will join the team before the game. Earlier, Rahul was expected to miss 3-4 matches. However, he is now likely to play all the remaining games in IPL 2025.
KL Rahul and his wife, Athiya Shetty, welcomed a baby girl recently. The couple shared the happy news on Instagram. Since then, fans and cricketers have been sending wishes. Delhi Capitals’ players and staff also congratulated the couple.

A Double Celebration for Delhi Capitals
Delhi Capitals had two reasons to celebrate. Along with Rahul’s new baby, they also won their first match of the season. DC defeated Lucknow Super Giants in a thrilling 1-wicket win. At one point, DC was struggling, but young players Vipraj Nigam and Ashutosh Sharma helped them win. Many fans called Rahul’s newborn baby a lucky charm for the team.
