‘She made batting look very easy on a wicket that wasn’t the easiest’ – Grace Harris
“Chinelle’s brilliant batting was outstanding to watch, and she was hitting it very cleanly, which helped us get some momentum and also a winning score. She made batting look very easy on a wicket that wasn’t the easiest, and it is fantastic to see her doing so well. She is a very good striker of the ball and has a clean swing. She is fantastic around our group.”
Harris also lauded young pacer Kranti Goud for her match-winning spell and said, “Kranti is a fantastic bowler, a very determined and strong character, who has impressed us all. Dismissing the likes of Shafali Verma, Meg Lanning, Jemimah Rodrigues, and Jess Jonassen isn’t easy, and she had a very big role to play in the win for us. I am manifesting more wickets for her in the WPL.”
