Hosting the Champion Trophy 2025, Pakistan failed to impress its home crowd .In their first match they suffered a 60 run defeat against Newzealand. the second match saw them lose to india by 6 wicket With two losses , Pakistan was already in a tough Position, and this match Against Bangladesh was their last opportunity to restore some pride. however the washout sealed their fate, and they finished at the bottom of Group A.
