Whereas Australia chased this target easily by losing 4 wickets in 43 overs. Travis Head was the biggest hero in Australia’s victory, he scored a brilliant century in this match.

In a steady display of batting, KL Rahul anchored the innings with a composed 66 off 107 balls, complemented by Virat Kohli’s deliberate 54 off 63 balls. Captain Rohit Sharma added a dynamic touch, scoring 47 runs in just 31 balls, steering the Indian team into a commanding position.

On the bowling front, Mitchell Starc showcased his prowess, claiming 3 crucial wickets, while Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood contributed with 2 wickets each for the Australian team. Despite the disciplined bowling effort, India maintained control, setting the stage for an intriguing match.

Travis Head notched up an impressive 137 runs for Australia, while Marnus Labuschagne remained unbeaten with a solid 58 runs. Jasprit Bumrah led the Indian bowling attack, securing 2 wickets, while Mohammad Siraj and Mohammad Shami each contributed with 1 wicket. Australia clinched victory convincingly, triumphing by 6 wickets in the match.
