Team India bounced back in the spare game to level the three-match T20I series against New Zealand at 1-1.On Wednesday(February1), the series at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad and the winners of the match will walk away with the series. New Zealand are thinking that we will become the third team after Australia and South Africa to beat India at home. On the spin-friendly track of Lucknow, India managed to win by six structures in the alternative game despite chasing the palm by just 100 runs. The match also witnessed an unwanted record as both sides failed to hit a single six in the entire encounter. Both the sides would be wishing for a good pitch at the Narendra Modi Stadium as runs have gone pretty well in this third ODI match. India fell behind in the series in Ranchi, losing the first match by 21 runs as they failed to chase down 177 runs to win. The main cause of concern for the Indian side will be the form of openers Shubman Gill and Ishan Kishan, who failed to fire in the T20I series. Gill was the ‘informer’ with a record 360 runs in three ODIs against New Zealand in the series before the bone of India enjoyed a dominant run in the domestic season so far, winning both the ODI and T20I series against Sri Lanka, followed by the ODI series against New Zealand.
